What counts as a page?
One page of your PDF is one page — a scan, a phone photo saved as PDF or a digital file all cost the same. Dense layouts, tables and stamps don't cost extra.
How do the 5 free pages a day work?
Every account gets 5 free pages a day, on every plan, paid ones included. They reset at 00:00 UTC and don't carry over. Free pages are used first; your plan's pages only after that.
What happens if a translation fails?
Pages come off your balance when you upload. If the translation fails, every page goes back to your balance automatically.
Do unused pages carry over?
Pay-as-you-go pages never expire. Lite pages reset at each monthly renewal. Pro pages roll over, up to 1,500.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time, from the Billing page in the app. You keep your pages until the end of the month you've paid for.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and include tax, so the price on the plan is the price at checkout.
How long can a document be?
Up to 50 pages and 100 MB per upload, on every plan. Split a longer file into parts — each part keeps its layout.
